Beard is an accredited Investor in People and develops employees’ skills and knowledge through the company’s training partnership with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).

The majority of our managers are CIOB-qualified or working towards membership. We also encourage all members of our site workforce to gain registration with the Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) run by the Construction Industry Training Board.
