Best Practice

Beard embraces a culture of continuous improvement.

Since joining the Construction Best Practice Programme in 2000 we have implemented best practice across every element of the business, including quality and customer satisfaction, staff training and development, risk management, supply chain management, safety, environmental sustainability, marketing, information communications technology and project delivery.

In 2003 the Constructing Excellence organisation awarded Beard a Construction Best Practice Award in recognition of our contribution to the development and delivery of best practice throughout the construction industry.
