Beard annual communications event

On the 23rd and 24th January, Beard held its annual communications event at the Unipart Conference Centre in Oxford and Blunsdon House in Swindon.

Mark Beard briefed all Beard Staff and Craftsmen on 2011 which was a record year for the company as well as outlining the company's key objectives for 2012.

As with all Beard communications events, the focus was on two way communications and the staff in teams of eight looked at what Beard could do to cement its position as "contractor of choice" in the south of England. Some most interesting feedback was provided for the board of Directors to consider and action.

Staff also looked at a number of different scenarios and provided automatic feedback to the whole event via the Unipart interactive feedback system. The most pleasing aspect was that 96.6% of staff rated Beard a good or very good place to work.
