Beard management strongly believe in the investment of people and creating an inspiring, team spirited culture, this is evidenced by the length of service of key employees, their Investor in People award and the latest accolade:

In October 2010 Beard was rated one of the top 50 Good Employers nationally in the construction industry

The Good Employer Guide approached around 36 Beard staff to anonymously answer questions about their experience working at Beard.  Questions ranged from Beard culture to levels of management support and remuneration packages
