Beard welcomes Sir Michael Latham

As part of Beard’s commitment to the development of its staff, the company has rolled out during 2010 an innovative and wide ranging leadership development programme for 14 “Project Managers”.

The programme covered a number of different areas from financial awareness, and market knowledge, to project delivery and personal leadership skills.

Beard was delighted to welcome Sir Michael Latham on Tuesday 14th December 2010, who gave a talk on the development of the construction industry since his 1994 ground breaking report “Constructing the Team” Sir Michael then took a variety of questions from the Beard team, who were keen to know how they could take his work forward.
