Types of work
We deliver quality design and build, new build, restoration and refurbishment work from £50,000 up to £10 million, as well as providing turn-key maintenance services for smaller projects from a few hundred pounds upwards.

Beard achieves an enviable rate of sustainable growth from our major frameworks, negotiated contracts and partnering agreements with customers such as Thames Valley Police, The University of West of England and the University and Colleges of Oxford. Consequently we are in a sound financial position. With a large proportion of our work being on a ‘design and build’ basis, we have particular expertise in proposing practical, cost efficient and sustainable construction solutions.

We operate out of offices in Oxford, Swindon and Guildford and provide construction solutions across a variety of market sectors including arts and culture, commerce and industry, education, health care, emergency services, elderly care, sports and leisure and defence sectors.
