SENIOR SITE MANAGERS
We are looking for enthusiastic and self motivated Site Managers, working from both our Oxford and Swindon offices. You will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of service to our customers, by managing the day to day running of sites, ensuring that safe working practices are followed.
What you will do:
- Manage, coach and develop teams of both direct staff and sub-contractors
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with all parties
- Plan resources, and provide effective solutions to problems
- Support and contribute to the company Continuous Improvement Plan
What you will bring:
- Experience in a similar role
- Ideally, a recognised qualification (CIOB, HNC/D)
- IT literacy, particularly MS Project or a similar application
- Positive and proven leadership skills
- Commitment to team working
